Terms of Use

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the AgentLookout iOS and iPadOS app, its Mac Connector, and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who provides AgentLookout

AgentLookout is operated by Kirlos Yousef. Contact hello@kirlosyousef.com with questions about these terms.

What AgentLookout does

AgentLookout helps you view supported coding-agent sessions and use the actions offered for those sessions. You are responsible for installing the Connector on a Mac you control, pairing only devices you trust, and keeping your devices and pairing credentials secure. Features may vary by provider, provider version, and Connector capabilities.

Your use of the app

• Use AgentLookout lawfully and only with accounts, devices, repositories, and sessions you are authorized to access.
• Review each action before approving it. You remain responsible for instructions sent to agents and changes they make.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, misuse pairing codes, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
• Keep your devices updated and protect access to your Apple device and Mac.

Third-party providers

AgentLookout connects with independent coding-agent providers, Apple services, and network infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, behavior, and compatibility are outside our control. AgentLookout does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by those providers.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or services, including where a provider changes its interfaces or stops supporting an integration. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another process.

Intellectual property and notices

AgentLookout’s source and bundled artwork may be subject to different licenses and notices. Third-party software, artwork, and marks remain with their respective owners. Use of AgentLookout does not grant rights to third-party provider names, marks, or services. See the repository’s notices for applicable open-source and artwork credits.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, AgentLookout is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider version. Status may be delayed or unavailable if a device is offline or a provider or network service is unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kirlos Yousef is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business arising from use of AgentLookout. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using AgentLookout at any time by removing the app and Connector. To request deletion of relay routing or pairing data, contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, users, or providers, or to comply with law.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws that apply where you reside, together with any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
